The Desky Integrated Cable and Data Channel gives your cables total protection but allows easy access. With the option to add up to 6 powerpoints, you can power the most complex setup. For those with less power requirements, you can opt for a single power board with 2 powerpoints to suit.

The enclosed design means everything is completely out of sight so your desk is tidy both above and below, with all of your cables consolidated into the easy to access channel. Available in white, matte black and grey. Our most popular desk cable management solution really does top of the ultimate setup.

1. Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for orders over $100. Otherwise, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be charged.

2. What does the delivery process look like?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. Our logistics team will then contact you by phone to schedule a suitable delivery date. If they are unable to contact you by phone they will send an email/Whatsapp message.

3. What happens if my item is damaged during transit?

All products leave our warehouse well packaged, in perfect condition and this is how they should arrive to you! We hope it doesn’t happen but in the unlikely event that an item gets damaged in transit or part of a delivery is missing please notify us via the Contact page or email help@desky.sg directly within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please provide your order details and a clear photo or video of the relevant damage so we can organise a replacement part or product as quickly as possible and lodge a claim with the shipping carrier.

4. My item seems to be late

We understand that delays are frustrating, so thank you for your patience! Please check the tracking information you have been sent for your delivery in case there is a tracking update or notification of an attempted delivery, issue with the delivery address or the parcel has been taken to a parcel collection point.

If your order is more than 2 business days late based on our delivery estimates please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order and we will contact the freight carrier directly.

5. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are only able to ship Monitor Arms and Small Accessories to PO Boxes. The larger shipping size of desks, chairs and larger accessories means that we can only ship these to residential or commercial addresses.

6. How long does it take for your desks to be dispatched?

Orders for in-stock items placed before 12pm each day are processed and shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays. After 12pm, orders will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will only be shipped on Monday morning.

Tracking information is provided for all deliveries. Once your order has shipped tracking details will be sent via email and SMS if you have provided your mobile number.

Which desks can accommodate the Cable Channel?

The Desky Integrated Cable & Power Channel, is compatible with all of our Single, Dual and L Shape Corner desks. It is not compatible with our Dual Mini, Triple Frame or Quad.

How Many Elsafe Plugin Power Boards Can The Cable Channel Fit?

The Cable Channel can take two 4 x Power Boards and 1 x two plug power boards giving a total of 10 ports integrated right into your Desky.

What size Desks can fit the Cable channel?

The Cable Channel can fit our 1200, 1500, 1800 and 2000mm desktop sizes. Keep in mind the channel itself has telescopic design meaning it can fit these sizes, but the channel can only extend from 1100-1600mm.This means our frames are slightly inset from the edge of the desktop.

Is the cable channel compatible with non desky desks?

The Cable Channel is uniquely designed to Desky desks and will not work on any other desk models.

Is it easy to install the Power Plugs later?

Yes! if you decide to purchase the channel on its own and pick up the integrated power plugs later, they are super easy to install and simply clip into place.
