While integrating a PC into a desk can save space and streamline your setup, it may pose airflow and maintenance challenges. Regarding standing desks, a CPU holder can be helpful for cable management and protecting the CPU, but it's not always required, especially if your desk has sufficient space and organization options.

Choosing the right table for your PC setup is crucial. Ideally, a table measuring 48 to 72 inches in width and 24 to 36 inches in depth will suffice for a standard setup with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and accessories. If your setup includes multiple monitors or additional equipment, opt for a larger table.
Ergonomics are key for the desk height, which should support a 90-degree arm angle for typing and allow your feet to rest flat. Most find a height of 28 to 30 inches comfortable, but an adjustable desk can provide the best flexibility for various postures and seating preferences.
